Very very late period

Hi I’m late by 101 days now I’m 43, I saw a post where someone didn’t have a period for ages but still got pregnant, I’m feeling like this is it now I’m too old as my first child was <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> as I have pcos any help would be great.xx
