Is it a reason for divorce ?

Me and my husband argue alll the time. There are some underlying deep issues between us and we have thrown around the thought of divorce a few times. Tonight he got behind the wheel of his buddies new truck after 6 beers. He said he was fine before they left and I begged him not to leave or drive and he went anyways. When he got back and I found out he drove I was pissed that he would put himself in that situation knowing me and his 2 month old son needs him. I don’t think drinking and driving lightly. Even though he said he was fine I’m still thinking about divorce because I really don’t want to be with someone who thinks that is okay even if he did feel fine.
