Hip, back, and leg pain?

Has anyone started getting hip pain? It hurts to twist and turn in bed and sometimes to even get up! My legs are sore and my back gets small pinches of pain! Im 12 wks +5 days. Im not sure if its pregnancy or my herniated disk flaming up or both!!

Yes! Is this your first baby? It’s my second, and I didn’t feel these pains until like 30 weeks with my daughter.

I’m at the end of week 11 and I have leg pain in the night and morning from sleeping on my sides. I usually sleep on my back or stomach but can’t anymore since I’m pregnant so I find the sides of my legs are sore from sleeping exclusively on my sides.
