Anyone know what these bumps could be?

My son has had these for a good 5 - 6 weeks now

It’s call Molluscum contagiosum. My son has it too. His dr said it’s viral and will eventually go away but it takes months. Basically the white stuff in the bumps is what’s contagious so if he itches it will spread. Otherwise it should bother him at all.

My baby has bumps like that and he's 9 months. I have no idea what it is. It doesn't seem to bother him either.
