It goes off dna, so it’s extremely accurate.

My doctor says the earliest you can do it is 10 weeks but strongly encouraged me to wait until 11-12 weeks. This allows more time for your baby to grow and produce dna into your blood. From what I hear it’s accurate but if you test too early you have to test again. And results take about a week or two. To be on the safe side I’m going to do it at 11weeks.

Isn’t that done around 10-12 weeks? Last pregnancy they did it at 12w.
