Thoughts on the name Connor?

I like the name Connor for a boy, debating if it’s too old school though? Or too common? The only Connors I know are like my age so don’t want something that’s outdated but also don’t want several in his class.

It's my least favorite name of all time. I live in the northeast US where 'Rs' are optional, ya know, "pakh the cah in the yahd" instead of "park the car in the yard". 
So all I can hear is some old lady yelling at her kid to "go stand in conner" as punishment. 🙈

I love the name, I almost chose it! It’s classic but not overused in my opinion. I don’t think I’ve ever met a Connor

If you like it go for it! I love the name. My parents did the same. Im 29 and my name is Shelly. I don't know a single 'Shelly' under the age of 45. I was the only one in my class but it's not a "unique/weird" name.

I think it's way too common and outdated. My 3 year old's name is Zephyr lol and the names on my list for my current baby are Tobin, Nokoa, Crow, etc. Your kid will be a connor in a classroom of Tobins, Nokoas, and Crows.
