How bad do y’all cramps get?

Mines is definitely extreme 😩😭 what do y’all use for your cramps?

Ibuprofen. Tylenol does NOT work at all for me.

i am on 500mg of Menefamic Acid for my back pains during menstruating but it only works if i take two 500mg of paracetamol with it. 
i tried the Yasmyn birth control pill for them but the side effects were worse than my actual period pain itself so never bothered trying another one. 
i also get ovulation pains but paracetamol on its own sorts that out :)

My pain is so painful the only thing that helps is hot water bottle.

I usually just eat alot of chocolate and drink alot of water
