Spotting 2 days after transvaginal US?

I’m currently 6 weeks and I had my first ultrasound on Friday. Was able to see teeny tiny baby and heartbeat. Today I’m experiencing mild cramping and spotting. Could this be delayed spotting from the US or the beginning of something bad? I’m so nervous and such a mess! Waiting to hear from my doctor and praying for my teeny baby 💙

It's from the Transvaginal US my obgyn always told me that if I spotted after its normal and nothing to worry about as long as it's not period blood (heavy flow).

Thank you all so much for responding and encouraging me! Had an emergency ultrasound today and everything looks great! Baby is still there with their heart beating strong. They couldn’t give me an explanation for the bleeding but the ultrasound was likely! Thank you all again!
