Trying to Conceive

Hello! I’ve been trying for about 7 months now to conceive. I know it can take a while, I just never thought i would be off birth control and not get pregnant. I had some spotting and light bleeding for about 3 days, 3 days ago. From CD 18-20. No cramping or anything. Is it possibly implantation bleeding on those days? It went away though. I thought it was my period starting but I’ve never had it start that early. If at all, 1 day spotting before. I still have about 6-7 days until my period is scheduled to start. I don’t want to get my hopes up but it has never happened before and I have regular cycles.
