Workout time

I have a 4months old and a 2year old. I wake up at 5am to prepare breakfast and start off the day as my toddler wakes up at 6am. I give my toddler undivided attention during the day when baby sleeps. They both go to bed by 8pm but at that time I’m exhausted. How do you squeeze in workout during this time?

Thank you ladies!! I finally got to do a YouTube session while my baby was having his morning nap and my toddler was busy with a DIY I found on Pinterest! I stood in a position so that I can see what she’s doing but she won’t see me but she did and joined the workout. It was a fun 30mins!!
