Orgasm help? I feel broken

I’ve been sexually active with my boyfriend for over 2 years now, and he’s never made me orgasm. I feel like I’ve been so close (penetration, and clit) and everything he does feels so great, but I’ve never gotten over the hump. He knows this has been an issue and really has tried to help. I don’t want to discourage him so I’ve kinda stopped talking about it with him, and have been trying to get there by myself. I’ve never had one before him and I haven’t had one with or without him.
