How do you make the nausea go away during a panic attack?

Something you see 
Something you can touch 
Something you can smell 
And something you can taste 
Take 7 deep breaths through your nose and out your mouth. Panic attack are different for everyone. 
For me I can’t pull myself out of a panic attack or stop the symptom from after it. But I can when it’s an anxiety attack.

Peppermint. I have pills now for this reason but peppermint always helped in a pinch.

It always helped me to put an ice cube in my mouth and take deep breaths while inhaling lavender/peppermint oil.
