Quarantine weight and body image
Anyone else seriously struggling with their weight during quarantine? I’m an athlete so I worked out pretty frequently before all this and am still working out pretty consistently now/going for a solo run a few times a week. BUT I’ve definitely been struggling with eating more (and not as healthy) and drinking more alcohol. I can absolutely see the difference in my body and it makes me feel soooo gross. I’m 5’8” and sitting at about 162lbs and my body fat is probably somewhere between 25-28%. At my best when I was getting ready for a competition I was 145 and 18% body fat. I’m just so mad that I can’t get back there and I hate looking in the mirror now (but I’m stuck with a full body mirror in my room).
Any tips to stop the stressed/bored eating would be helpful (along with any favorite healthy recipes).
