It’s not fake. Definitely hard to find with a phone, but it’s still picking up sounds in your body. You can hear your own heart beat with it, it basically magnifies sounds coming into the microphone. I found a heartbeat too sounds similar to yours, and I counted the BPM on mine and it’s 155 which checks out with a fetal heart rate.
