Itchy diaper

Does anyone else baby’s diaper seem to bother them? My daughter is constantly scratching her back like right above where her diaper sits and sometimes she will even try to pull it down in the back. I’ve used the same brand of diapers for a while now but never seemed to bother her till recently. I really don’t want to try and switch right now because we just bought a big box of new diapers. But Idk what to do about the scratching, she tears up her back and idk how because her nails are never long. But if you look at her back it looks like she got attacked by a cat! It looks terrible. I’ve never noticed her scratching in the middle of the night but tonight she was.
