My printer doesn’t work right!??

Hello I have printer EPSON L365 Series and everytime I want to print something it comes out really weird (picture 1) And it doesn’t make sense because all of my 4 colors are full (picture 2)

Take it back to where you bought it. They can help you or get you a new one. That’s what I did and they fixed mine - gave me ink for the same price.
This seems like an internal printer error though. I’d take it back for them to check it out. Take those pictures with you.
