Why would my hips down be cold ?
So ever since I was little I always would be cold and have to have more clothes then others on even if it was 80° outside I had a coat on, even now that I'm 30 years old I still have to wear more clothes. My feet are always ice cold they go numb and tingling by hips and lower back hurts and feels tingling if I sit down to long. I wake up with my back hurting and my feet us ice cold but its warm in the house what should I do.
