This nesting thing is getting out of hand.
Woke up this morning and went into the kitchen to make my coffee. Noticed my fiance had used all of the steak seasoning and there was an empty bottle.
Originally I decided to save this because it would be good for our sensory play with my 3 year old for water or rice to go into the bottle and be poured out of the holes in the top.
Then I remembered we kind of already have one for my 3 year old and maybe it would be better to save it for my new baby.
Then I thought well, it's going to be a really long time before they're able to use it. Maybe I could turn it into something for them now but don't make it permanent so they can use it for sensory play when they're older.
So I give you, the sensory hide and seek bottle!!
It has noodles inside that make a great noise when you shake it. Shiny tin foil to catch baby's eye. When you tilt it to one side the noodles disappear! Tilt it back again and peekaboo! Object permanence learning by shaking a silly bottle. :)
Fyi the tin foil has been taped down all the way around so the baby can't get any of it off and cause a choking hazard. Not intended for toddlers who can open the lid.

P.S. I know it's ugly but it's great for learning and I can't believe my monkey preggo brain really made me make this before I even got my coffee at 7 AM. xD
