Hi ladies! Just wondering if anyone has used essential oils for nausea or pain management during labor. Do you think it helped/was beneficial? Would you use them again? I'm aiming for an all natural birth and have researched the pros and cons of using essential oils, but I wanted some feedback from you ladies.
