What car seats do you all have?!

So my husband and I were planning on going car seat shopping for our son a few weeks ago and then all this stuff with the virus happened. I was thinking of just ordering one so we will have it when we start going out again with him. I drive a Subaru cross trek which is a medium size crossover so we don’t have a ton of space. Any recommendations? We would like to stay under $300

We got the chicco nextfit zip convertible car seat. The cover zips off and you can just throw it in the wash, the innards are easy to clean too. Babe seems comfortable in it with lots of room to grow. Easy to install. I drive a Hyundai Tucson which is a compact suv and there's plenty of room for it.
I ordered from buybuy baby and used one of their 20% off coupons. It's originally $299 but I think with tax it ended up being around $250 (free shipping!).

Chicco has a good one that grows with them for $300. We couldn’t afford that so I got safety first convertible and it was 160.

We love our clek! We have the foonf. It fits pretty shallow front to back for legroom in the front seat :) I think the fllo might be a little cheaper, and you can always get last years model for a discount as well. SO many great safety features, and a variety of fabrics to cut down on exposure to toxic chemicals!

We have the evenflo everystage lx I got it on sale at kohl’s I think it was like 180$ my son loves it! He just likes being in his big boy car seat and it’s really soft and squishy not too stiff and hard. Also the buckle on his chest is easy to open and close. I tried a few at target and I couldn’t even open them it was frustrating. We had the chicco keyfit 30 and I loved that one but he grew out of it. I def Recommend this one 👍🏼

We got the Safety 1st 3-in-1 for 179.99 from Target. It's currently on sale online for $159.99. it went in our car well and she loves it!

I'm probably going to buy a diono, they are expensive but are one of the smallest car seats on the market and have a 10 year expiration date vs a 5 year because they are built with a metal frame. 
We have a lot of temp fluctuations where I live so I don't think a plastic frame would hold up well in a vehicle
