Is it safe enough sex?

So my boyfriend and I have been together for two and a half years, we are 16 and feel ready for sex but I’m paranoid about getting pregnant. I take the pill but recently due to quarantine I’ve been sleeping in and not taking it at the same time seeing as when I wake up varies. He says he will pull out and I mean I still take the pill, but is that too dangerous? It would be the sugar pill week that allows for a period too. Neither of us can drive so we can’t get condoms. Is this big dumb of me or would I be fine?
