Back pain and support band
Today makes me 17 weeks pregnant and basically since I found out I was pregnant I’ve been struggling with back pain. This is my first pregnancy and I’m not sure where to start when it comes to belly/back braces. I’m also on my feet all day at work. Can anyone send me in the right direction?
