What are these bumps?! Help

Question

So a few months ago I asked the pediatrician about these bumps and she had no idea and just said keep an eye on it... in certain lighting some of them are shiny like they scarred. They’re raised and don’t seem to cause any discomfort to him but it hasn’t gone away and it looks like more bumps are showing now. Any ideas???

So this may be no help but I get hives like that when I get too cold (I’m allergic to the cold- yes it’s a real thing). They itch pretty bad when it gets to a certain point. When I was a baby they thought I had arthritis because it happens most frequently on any joints (wrists, ankles, knees). Again not sure if that’s what this is but they look similar to what I have. Hope you find out soon
