After spotting brown and light pinkish for the past week, I went to a ultrasound place to ease my mind. The tech did an abdominal ultrasound and only saw a gestational sac that measured 5w6d. I tracked my ovulation with strips during my last period and kept track of BD so I was pretty sure that I was 6w5d.

My first appointment is next Wednesday with my doctor and they didn’t want to do an ultrasound because it’s too early. (Maybe it is)

Has anyone had a similar experience and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? Would she have seen more like at least a yolk sac with a transvaginal ultrasound?

FTM here so all of this is so new to me.
