Ik this might sound like a stupid question but what are some reason's my period might be missing. I was supposed to get it on the 29th i got it last month. For a couple months now ive been getting bad head aches and getting really nauseous right before i get my period. And i never had that happen before but january i went to urgent care cause i was having the worst cramps and heavy bleeding they did a pt it was negative and did an ultrasound she asked if i was on bc i said no but everything came back fine. Now tomorrow is another month and still no period. Ive been feeling movent in my stomach, sometimes its strong but im just hoping its gas. And my mom told me she was pregnant with my brother and was still having her period im thinking the same could be happening to me ??
