How to dry up breastmilk.

I’ve reached my goal! My baby will be 1 on Sunday and she’s pretty much transitioned to cows milk.

I am ready to stop pumping! I’ve gone down to only pumping first thing in the morning and before bed.

Any advice on drying up would be greatly appreciated! Thanks mamas!
