Would it be acceptable to get a septum piercing?

I’m a 19 year old college student who still lives with her parents. My parents are on the strict end but I would love to get a piercing again. I originally had one (secretly) during the summer but took it out because a professional told me it wasn’t put in correctly and that he could do it. So when this pandemic is gone I would love to get it just wouldn’t want to make rash decisions.

So would it be acceptable for me to get a septum piercing even tho my parents would highly disagree about it?
