What are you recommendations for period survival?

I just got my period last night and the pain is killing me! This is probably my worst period yet considering I’m super irregular and didn’t get it last month, I’m in so much pain. I’ve taken Midol and am currently using a heat pad on my back but it’s not helping!! I haven’t been able to get out of bed and do my schoolwork. Help 😓 Did I mention I’m also in fetal position??

Exercise. Event though you said you can’t get out of bed, try to get up and move around. Yoga and other forms of exercise always make my period pains disappear. Other than that taking a hot bath works.

I have to take more than the recommended amount of medicine. But what I have found that helps the most is taking midol and alieve together

Don't have 1. Love my mirena iud. Haven't had a period since 2018
