I recently had an ectopic pregnancy and this was my first pregnancy was very excited , the only symptom i had is light spotting from the day one i known i am pregnant. And unfortunately i had emergency surgery and i lost my right tube and both my overies are safe.

As this was my first pregnancy i am really worried and want to know what are the chances of conceiving with one tube and the doctor said it is completely fine and how long should i wait and try again to get pregnant.
