Cramps? Braxton Hicks?

I am 24 weeks in 2 days and for the last two hours I have had the worst but bare able tightening to my stomach and in my vagina pain. It comes and goes I am currently at work which requires a lot of up and down moving around tasks. Is it normal to feel this way? Should I call my dr office? Thank you ladies

Sounds like Braxton Hicks, I started having them at 24 weeks, increase water intake

Sounds like braxton hicks and too much movement can cause them. Also things like a full bladder or dehydration can cause them but is not always the reason they happen since it's a normal way to prepare your body. I had them the other day cause I had actually laid down mostly and once I got up and moved around they went away. You just have to take it easy at work cause as you get further along there's a limit to standing and things like that. You can drink water though maybe to help but if it's from too much movement take a rest.

I would tell your dr. I was having cramps/Braxton Hicks and it turned out that I have a short cervix. My dr had me checked when I told her and now I’m on progesterone and getting weekly ultrasounds
