Looking for easy on rain boots for 1 year old

Question

Does anybody have any suggestions for rain boots that are easy to get on. My son is almost 1 and is a pretty solid walker now. He needs some waterproof boots that he can wear around the farm without worrying about them getting muddy or dirty. 
However, he is still in that stage where he curls his toes when you try to put shoes on him so I need something that is fairly easy to get on. He currently wears a 4.5

So what i super quickly realized with a 1 year old and rain boots, the problem is not getting them on, it’s keeping them on baby’s foot! I originally bought hunter boots for my daughter  but because rain boots have wide openings there was nothing keeping her from just stepping out of them when ever she wanted. It was mayhem. Her preschool required them so I asked if they could recommend a brand for this age and they told me about Bogs. The great thing is they are lined on the inside, so not only more comfort, but also keeps the foot in place AND!! I cannot stress enough the importance of the strap!! Just tighten or loosen how you need to and they’re not taking that boot off anywhere!

My 3 year old likes these. I havent tested them on my parents’ farm. They were cheapest ones i found online.
