Pregnancy test question?

So I have been getting faint faint positives for four days now ok supposed to start tomorrow is there anyway I could be pregnant? Or what do you think, I have had a little pinkish orange discharge a few times today? I have been having cramps on my right side today not to bad and off and on!

Faint positives on OPKs or HCG tests? Also it took me until week 6 to get a stronger positive on my pregnancy tests. HCG can be slow to build up at first.
