Exercise with baby
Hey ladies! I hope everyone is staying safe and well out during this crazy time!
I'm a first time mom and my son will be 6 months old on the 7th and I'm still having trouble losing baby weight. I started the beachbody workouts but I can never seem to get a full workout in because my baby wont let me put him down longer than 10-15 minutes max. Anyone have any tips on how I can keep baby entertained for 30 minutes or how I can get a full workout in every day without him screaming?
