Fraternal twins

I had some spotting the other day so I went in for an ultrasound and they said there’s two sacs. One healthy baby 6 weeks along & other with nothing but a yolk in it. I’m now high risk because they think it may be attached to my uterine wall. I go for another ultrasound in a week they hope the one I’m loosing is just trying to pass on it’s own and that’s why it looks funny. I’ve had two previous miscarriages so I’m just trying to stay positive about my one bean doing pretty good so far. What a crazy rollercoaster I been on just to have my rainbow baby. Hopefully this one sticks 🤞
