So this is ovulation
I haven’t started tracking with OPKs just yet. But I do know for a fact it’s not period cramps.
Long story short, I experienced the sharpest pain near what would be my right ovary. It didn’t last long or anything but it definitely made me sit down and catch my breath.
So of course my only guess would be that I’m ovulating since all of my trackers predict this week as my fertile week.
