Advice please- ovulation results

Hi ladies

I have PCOS and am on my first cycle of clomid.

I have been getting low ovulation results until CD14 when I had a high LH score (not peak) and the next day my test result were back down to low again. On days CD13 and CD14 I had a really really sore abdomen to the point it was hurting when baby dancing.

Is it possible the high result is my peak or that I may have peaked overnight? Or is it that I have not ovulated this month? Due to COVID 19 I couldnt get a scan to checkif the clomid worked.
