So is it okay for somebody to say they had a chemical pregnancy (early miscarriage) without it being confirmed.

Backstory: A friend of mine had several positive pregnancy tests. Like (10-15 positives) and after about a week she noticed the lines getting fainter and fainter. Then she started bleeding pretty heavy. She couldn’t find a way to the doctor due to personal reasons, but she is extremely heartbroken. Is it okay for her to say and post about a chemical pregnancy?

I personally think it is. She had to mourn the loss of a child and even tho it wasn’t confirmed by a doctor... she literally had so many positives (digital and all). But people are being very rude to her 😩😩
