I’m FREAKING OUUUTT!!

Im posting this for reassurance and to someone to tell me what may be going on because Im freaking out. So I had sex w/ my partner on the 24th of march (zero protection or does pulling out count? lol) . The morning of the 28th I had a bleeding which at first i thought it was my period but after thought it was an Implantation bleeding. The bleeding lasted 3 days from the 28th to the 30th. The bleeding was super light for the other 2 days. The first day i kept my pad all day to watch the process of it (first picture). At first it was old/dark brown blood, after it came out to dark red. I noticed there’s like a blood clot in there, not sure if is one. Every time i would wipe, light pinkish bIood came out the tissue or less (second picture). The same day (28th) i noticed little blood clots when i was in the shower. After the 3 days of the bleeding i kept having a brown discharge (the last time i noticed the brown discharge was the night of April 1st ). Every time before my period i get sore breast, hot flashes, back cramps and get bloated and my period usually lasts about 5-7 days. I was supposed to get my period between the 1st or 2nd of April. Today is the 2nd and I took a pregnancy test and it came out to negative and no signs of a period. The only symptoms i have are mood swings, dizziness/light- head every time i stand up and sometimes very little pain on my bottom right side (not uncomfortable. 1-10 pain= 1) and in the 3 days of the bleeding I had intense headaches. What is going on with my body, am I pregnant or it’s something else that i should be concerned of?
