6dpo anyone else had this?

Hey everyone.... 
so I think I’m 6dpo..... I have a positive opk last Friday.
I’ve been getting pains all in my lower abdomen since Monday and they’re switching sides. Last night I woke up a couple times with pinching pains. Also today loads of cm like a lotion texture. 
Did anyone get this and get their BFP? 
Really trying not to symptom spot but its sooooo difficult! 
Also haven’t had these pains before.

Im6 dpo too  ; this will be our 3rd month trying. I’ve had similar “symptoms “ but trying to not look too much into it. We should know or test in like a week 🤞🏽fingers crossed we both conceived !

If your not temping to confirm ovulation your ovulation day and dpo can be off.
