COVID-19=Anxiety!

This whole Coronavirus situation is causing my anxiety to get out of control again. It's scaring the shit out of my because there is almost no way to avoid it. My husband her severe allergies and allergy induced asthma. He still has to go to work because he's considered essential. He's a diesel mecanhic/reefer technician. He works an hour from home, in a city that has over 200 cases of the virus. Our city currently has only 14 cases. I'm extremely scared he will get it and bring it home to myself and 9 year old daughter. The 14 cases in our city just ramped up in the last 2 days. 2 days ago we only had 4 cases. I'm scared it will get out of hand here too. We normally do walmart pickup but it's staying booked and I'm scared to get anything from there not knowing if anyone that has been there or an employee has been sick or is sick. We've done Food Lion the past 2 times we've needed groceries. I'm so scared were gonna get it just going to grab a few things we need. We haven't been able to find any sanitizing products, no wipes, no lysol, no bleach cleaner and also no toilet paper in WEEKS. I have a container and a half of Lysol Disinfectant Wipes left and I'm not even sure they kill the virus. I wish we could wake up tomorrow and this be all gone and back to normal. #anxietythroughtheroof
