Perimenopausal?
I'm almost 37, one miscarriage and 0 births. Cramping and spotting monthly but no full blown period for 2 months now. Cannot have children so pregnancy is out.
Add: I'm adopted and have 0 family history.
Anyone else experiencing anything like this?
