Cramps

My app says I'm 6dpo but I think I'm 7 dpo today. I have been feeling a lot if cramps in my lower abdomen area I would say my pelvic area today and I never have pms cramps until a day or two before af. It feels like when I'm ovulating. Anyone had these this feeling and get their bfp?
