"Quarantine" birthday date night ideas

Can anyone help with ideas on date nights for this stay at home stuff? Both of our birthdays are this month.

There will be no drinking for me, I'm 5 weeks pregnant. We usually go out to dinner for our birthdays and get a few drinks. Clearly not this year.

I'm mostly thinking about him as I've sent him a few ideas for myself such as breakfast in bed, a delicious coffee bar, a game night with cards instead of video games. Here is a pic of us last month before all of this, celebrating our 2 year wedding anniversary.
