I came off the depo Nov 2014 after being on it for 5 years. My periods finally came back after being on the pill for 8 weeks and it lasted for 9 days with a light flow. According to my pill packet, it should by my weeks break this week for the pill but my period was only 2 weeks ago. Iv come on again tonight so my hormones must be all over the place. I went to see the nurse tonight who said I should stop taking the pill altogether for a month or so and just let my body return to normal and just use condoms for contraception. I dont really trust this form on its own so i was jist wondering what you would all do?
