can’t orgasm even w vibrator!!

i’ve been sexually active for 2 years and haven’t been able to orgasm. my bf who has been my only partner has been trying and trying and researching and nothing. i bought the tracy’s dog clit stimulator/vibrator on amazon (the super popular one) and still nothing. i’ve tried it maybe 6-7 times and feel like i’m almost there but but quite. i squirt every time I use it but I never reach orgasm. any tips??
