Why am I not pregnant?

So im 29, and have been with my bf for over 2 years and we decided we wanted to start trying to get pregnant about 4 months ago. 
We would check the app for the “high risk” of pregnancy, have sex, and be excited about me not getting my period but it hasn’t happened. 
I know its not exactly easy to get pregnant but im wondering if i should be worried im not pregnant yet?

It can take a year to get pregnant. Also, apps aren’t accurate usually for when someone ovulated. It’s just a guess. You should have sex much more then just when the app says fertile.

Figure out when you ovulate, any app is just a guess based on averages. Thqere are ovulation tests to track your cycle. I use Ovatel and always ovulate a day or 2 after last day of period.  
Have sex more, not just the day you ovulate.

It takes up to a year or longer. Stop stressing it'll make it take longer

4 months is normal. Up to 12 months for healthy couples sometimes. .if it goes past 12 months of ttc and no pregnancy then call your doctor.
