Feeling nauseous
Has anyone els been feeling like there gana puke and have the constant craps last night I just got hit with a wave of nausea and then had to run to the bathroom stays in there a while but now. I’m getting sick from like motion I ate but it’s not helping the only thing is a heat pack on my lower belly plz help idk what this is I have gone out in weeks
