Evening primroses oil
Ok ladies I have been taking evening primrose oil (orally) for going on my second week 3 pills a day (1000mg) and I drink 4 cups of raspberry leaf tea (only been doing that 3 days started thursday at 37 weeks)... my question is can you up the amount of primroses oil or should I? I'm trying anything anything I can to dilate more and thin out, I do walk a little, and sex when can but I do ball excercises everyday... HELP ME PLESSE...
