Pain and bleeding..😕😥

So last week I started expirencing really bad pains in my stomach but it kinda feels like an orgasm, while I would pee and I noticed that I was bleeding a little. I though I had a bladder infection, so I started drinking cranberry juice and it helped but when I pee I still have that pain and I'm starting to bleed more. It's not my period because I'm not due for another 2 weeks. Can anyone else help with info on a previous experience like this one?
