Lowering crib mattress?

Has anyone done this yet? I see that you should do it when they learn to sit...

My baby is still in a the pack n play because we’re in the middle of moving but when we get to our destination with his crib, we will be lowering it to the middle setting.

my LO is still wobbly with sitting up. going to also wait until he can pull himself up. tho he did started rolling around in their so that now we find him in all kinds of positions different from how he put him down.

I did, just last week. He is almost 6 months and crawling pretty much, he wakes up and puts both his hands on the crib rails, and he’s just at that point where he’s so curious it’s only a matter of time. I’d rather have it down a little lower so I can sleep better knowing he’s not gonna wake up and suddenly decide to be adventurous lol

No. She is in a sleep suit, and not enough movement yet to warrant lowering this.
